노즐 부분을 손가락으로 비틀어 끝어냅니다.	펌프 부분을 손가락으로 눌러 용기 내의 공기를 배출 시킵니다.	노즐을 시료 액체 속에 넣어 팩에 표시된 부분까지 시료를 빨아드립니다.	발색 제와 검사 액을 흔들어 섞은후 주어진 시간 후에 표준 컬러 차트의 색상과 비교하여 농도를 읽습니다.
